Introducing the Hall of Fame Chiropractic Sports Performance & Training Center Youth Program, specifically designed to equip your 8-11 year old with fundamental athletic skills and a strong foundation for healthy living.

There’s no better time than now!
8 – 11 year olds are in a very unique stage of development.  Their bodies are like “sponges,” eager to pick up new athletic skills and techniques.  Our Youth Program will create a solid athletic foundation that will carry them through the awkward middle school years and beyond.
Becoming a strong athlete takes more than muscles.
Many kids (and even some of their parents) worry they aren’t big enough or strong enough to play sports well.  That just isn’t true.  Size is nothing in sports without coordination or agility.  That’s why Hall of Fame Chiropractic Sports Performance & Training Center focuses on 7 different areas that will maximize your kid’s athletic potential and reduce the likelihood of injury.  We teach:
  1. Speed – how to run correctly and most efficiently; that is necessary component for athletic performance and advancement.
  2. Power – how to recruit the right muscles in the right sequence.  Size does not equal strength.
  3. Agility – how to maintain control while changing directions; becoming aware of their body in space.
  4. Balance – how to create stable body postures and adjusting; this is the finesse in movement that helps prevent injury.
  5. Coordination – how to develop the whole body.
  6. Flexibility – how to develop an active range of motion to help prevent injury.

It’s a Win – Win situation
Our Youth Program is taught by certified and qualified to coaches able to teach at the highest levels or competition.  Learning in a small group setting allows your child to experience teamwork and a positive peer interaction.  Our unique environment promotes cognitive, psychological as well as physical development.  Simply put, this is a fun way for your kid to exercise while creating self-confidence, character, and a positive outlook on lifetime fitness.
