Get a leg up on the competition!
There is a student out there who will be the star of the team.  There is a student that will get the full-ride scholarship.  And there’s even one that’ll become a professional athlete.  Why shouldn’t it be you?  At Hall of Fame, we help your dreams become reality in our High School Program.  Based upon world renowned speed coach, Loren Seagrave, the D2 Program is a new level of training that you won’t find anywhere else!

You don’t have to be a pro to train like one!
We use the same philosophies in our High School that we do to train the professional athletes that come into our center.  However, this program is for everyone in the high school athlete category.  Whether you are a “starting” athlete or one looking for your best season yet, we will help you get there.
We focus on:
  1. Speed – Ultimately determines athletic potential in almost any sport
  2. Power – Helps prevent injury and facilitates skill execution.
  3. Agility – Protects athletes and propels them to higher levels.
  4. Balance – Is required in every athletic environment and has lifelong benefits.
  5. Coordination – Facilitates complex movements and skill execution.
  6. Strength – Takes skills and performance to a higher level.
  7. Flexibility – Increases mental control and physical discipline.

Why do I need High School instead of, or in addition to other athletic programs?
  • Many scholastic sports programs don’t have certified strength coaches.
  • High school sports programs focus primarily on the skill trait development of a specific sport and often ignore athletic development.
  • Health clubs don’t work athletes towards performance goals or don’t target this age.
  • Personal trainers may fail to identify the specific growth needs of high school athletes or may subject them to training that’s too advanced or potentially dangerous.
  • Our facility is designed by professionals for one purpose – training athletes.
